It’s true that everything’s bigger in Texas, so we have searched downtown Houston to bring you the biggest scares and the biggest drinks specials ever. We’ve spent hundreds of hours tasting drinks in bars, researching history, and hunting for ghosts. In the process, we have also consumed many bottles of Excedrin to nurse our hangovers, but our haunted Houston tour has now been perfected for your enjoyment! In a city as diverse as Houston, you’ll find our spirits have many different backgrounds, but be wary, some of them don’t always keep their hands to themselves! We’ll make sure you have enough liquid courage to face the most frightening phantoms of the wild, wild west! Sometimes you seek out the spirits, but sometimes they find you; either way, you’ve never experienced the Nightly Spirits in Houston quite like this before.

What to Expect:

Our Nightly Spirits Houston Booze and Boos Tour® begins at Char Bar, the one place in the city where you can get a custom-tailored suit and a craft cocktail at the same time! From there we will visit bars in former department stores, banks, and the location of the very first hotel in the Republic of Texas. Your will journey through the city on foot for about two and a half hours with your ghostly guide, making a few stops at local pubs for the chance to purchase some spirits of your own! You will visit a total of 3-4 haunted bars* so there will be plenty of liquid courage available for purchase as you face the former residents of H-Town.

*Nightly Spirits does not guarantee a certain number of bars or a specific route, but our guides are equipped with plenty of chilling ghost stories to ensure you have a fun evening.

Tour Requirements:

• The purchase of alcohol is not included or required.
• All tour guests must be 21+.
• This is a walking tour that covers a little under a mile in total. Because we do visit bars in historic buildings, this tour is not recommended for those with mobility restrictions.
• Tours run in all weather, so please prepare accordingly.
