Savannah Private Booze and Boos Tour
Savannah lets you carry your drink from bar to bar, which means more haunted stops and fewer waits. This private pub crawl takes your group through historic downtown's haunted bars with a costumed guide all to yourselves.
๐ Departs from: Tandem Coffee & Spirits, 225 E. Bay St. (Sundays: Savannah Taphouse, 125 E. Broughton St.) โ please arrive about 15 minutes early to check in with your guide.
The Private Booze and Boos Tour is a 2.5-hour walk through historic downtown Savannah with stops at three to five haunted bars. Because drinks go to-go, your group spends less time waiting and more time at haunted locations, pausing at each bar for a round while the guide introduces the regulars who never settled their tabs. Between stops you cross the moss-draped squares hearing about the soldiers who never left the Marshall House, the graves the city was built over and the ghost of little Gracie Watson weeping out at Bonaventure.
Savannah companies book this for team-building and holiday parties, and friends book it for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette weekends and relatives who have seen the movie and want the real thing. Being private, it bends to your plans: most tours start between 4:30 and 9:30 pm but earlier works, drop a stop to shorten the night, skip the drinks or have the guide meet your group where you are finishing dinner. Guests at the Planters Inn, Marshall House, Ballastone Inn, Presidents' Quarters, DeSoto, Hyatt Regency, Perry Lane, Drayton or River Street Inn can meet their guide in the lobby at no extra cost.
Pricing starts at $370 for up to 10 guests, with additional tickets from $32, and rises to $420 from mid-September through mid-November. One guide handles 18 to 25 people depending on the date; groups of 16 or more book by email and larger groups are split across guides. Everyone must be 21 or older with ID. The tour ends near Wright Square, so park somewhere mid-route or ride the free DOT shuttle.

Savannah Private Booze and Boos Tour FAQs
How many people can we bring?
The base rate covers up to 10 guests and one guide takes 18 to 25 depending on the date. Larger groups are split across guides at an additional charge; groups of 16 or more book by email.
Are drinks included?
No. Drinks average $8 to $14 at the bars. Guests pay their own way or the organizer can cover the group tab, and your guide knows the specials.
Why to-go cups?
Savannah allows open containers in the Historic District, so the group can carry a drink between stops. That means more haunted sites per hour and less time standing at the bar.
What if the weather is bad?
We tour rain or shine. Several stops are indoors and the squares offer cover. Savannah storms tend to pass quickly.
