St. Augustine Private Spooktacular All-Ages Ghost Walk

The Private Spooktacular Ghost Walk covers about a mile of historic St. Augustine over ninety minutes, packing in as many haunted sites as the clock allows. Your guide leads you past the Old City Gates and the Huguenot Cemetery beside them, through the narrow colonial streets near the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse and along the bayfront toward the fortress, pausing at the inns, storefronts and alleys where Spanish soldiers, shipwrecked sailors and yellow fever victims left stories behind. The walk stays outdoors and does not enter the buildings, so the pace stays brisk.

Groups book this for family reunions, scout troops, school clubs, birthday parties, church groups and office teams that want something everyone can join regardless of age or drinking habits. Start as early as 10 am or as late as 9 pm, any day of the week, adjust the length, choose your own meeting point or add an ice cream or dessert stop along the way. Guests at nearby downtown hotels can ask the guide to meet them in the lobby and walk the group to the route.

Pricing starts at $300 for up to 10 guests, with additional tickets from $25, and rises to $350 from mid-September through mid-November. One guide takes 18 to 22 guests depending on the date; groups of 16 or more book by email and larger groups add a second guide. The free STAR bus serves downtown, and lots and metered parking sit near the historic district. Your guide will have dinner recommendations ready when the walk ends.
