You’ll get a haunting mixture of ghostly stories and pub crawling on this walking tour of historic Boston. Costumed guides will take the group to 3-4 bars to grab drinks and hear spooky stories and tales from Boston's past. Your group will be laughing and talking for days about the amazing time they had hearing all about the ghostly history of the area while enjoying some of its spirits.

When
Private tours are available every day of the week. The start time is flexible. Most tours start between 6pm-9pm although earlier tours are also an option.

Tour duration
The standard tour runs 2.5 hours and visits 3-5 bars. The tour can be shortened to accommodate other plans by either eliminating one of the stops or skipping drinks.

Pickup

Worried about your group getting lost? If your group is staying at any of the following hotels, your guide can meet your group in the lobby of the hotel and begin the tour there at no extra cost.

Food & Drinks

Drinks

Drinks are not included in the ticket price and can either be the direct responsibility of individuals or the organizer can cover them. Drink prices average between $8-$14 and our guides are well informed of drinks specials and recommendations.

Food

Because of our touring schedule, there is no time to include food on our tours, however, Nightly Spirits would be happy to recommend great food near the tour route and can arrange to begin or end where your group is having dinner.

Price

Private tours start at $350* (up to 10 people), with the exception of September 15th-November 15th, when tours start at $400* (up to 10 people). Additional tickets start at $30 per person.

*Taxes and fees are not included in the quoted price, and there will be an automatic 15% gratuity added for groups of 15 or more. Depending on the time and date, this tour can accommodate 15-20 guests. With more than that, you will need to be split up between multiple guides and subject to an additional charge.

Parking/Transportation
The tour meetup is easily accessible by ride-share or public transportation. There are several metro and bus stop options just a short walk away and you’ll find metered parking throughout the area as well. Please pay close attention to posted signage to avoid getting a ticket. In general, meters operate Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There are several parking garages in the area, including Pi Alley Parking and Boston Common.
