📍 Departs from: The Last Hurrah, inside the Omni Parker House at 60 School St. — please arrive about 15 minutes early to check in with your guide.
Your group meets at the Last Hurrah inside the Omni Parker House, a hotel with more reported hauntings than most cities. Grab an optional nightcap while your guide explains who is still riding the elevators and rearranging the furniture upstairs. Then it is out the door and into Beacon Hill for about a mile of walking over ninety minutes, past historic brick rowhouses, the Granary Burying Ground and Boston Common, with stories that do not pull punches: executions, cursed families and residents who stuck around long after their funerals.
This is the right pick for a friends' weekend, a bachelorette crew that wants something darker than a rooftop, a date night with teeth or a team outing where not everyone drinks but everyone likes a good scare. Private tours run every day with start times from 1 pm to 9 pm, and you can adjust the length, meeting spot and drink stop to suit. Staying at the Omni Parker House, Hyatt Regency, Four Seasons, Moxy, Park Plaza or Revere Hotel? Your guide will come to the lobby.
Pricing starts at $325 for up to 10 guests, with extra tickets from $27.50, and rises to $375 during the mid-September to mid-November peak. One guide handles 16 to 22 guests depending on the date; larger groups add another guide. Everyone must be 18 or over, and only guests 21+ with ID may buy alcohol. Your guide ends the night by pointing you to another favorite haunted bar.

Do I have to drink to join?
Not at all. The nightcap is optional. Guests must be 18+, and anyone ordering alcohol needs to be 21 with a valid ID.
How is this different from the Spooktacular walk?
Same neighborhood, darker stories and a bar at the start. The Spooktacular is for all ages; this one is strictly adults.
How do booking and group sizes work?
Base pricing covers up to 10 guests. Reserve online for up to 15, and email us for 16 or more so we can line up a second guide.
Does the tour run in winter?
Yes, year-round, rain, snow or shine. The first stop is indoors, the walk is short and the stories are warmer than the weather.
