Seattle Private Booze and Boos Tour
Pike Place Market has haunted bars, a former mortuary under a pub and a gum wall. This private pub crawl takes your group through all of it with a costumed guide all to yourselves.
๐ Departs from: The Taproom at Pike Place, 1525 1st Ave #16. โ please arrive about 15 minutes early to check in with your guide.
The Private Booze and Boos Tour is a 2.5-hour walk through Pike Place Market with stops at three haunted bars. At each one your group settles in for a drink while the guide introduces the regulars who never left, then you wind through the Market's stairways and arcades past the famous photo spots, the gum wall included, hearing about the Alibi Room's dapper ghost, the mortuary that once occupied Kells and the boarding-house tenants who still rattle around upstairs.
Seattle companies book this for team-building and holiday parties, and friends book it for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette weekends and relatives who have already done the Space Needle. Being private, it bends to your plans: most tours start between 6 and 9 pm but afternoons work, drop a stop to shorten the night, skip the drinks or have the guide meet your group where you are finishing dinner. Guests at The State Hotel, Palihotel Seattle, Domicile Suites at Harbor Steps or The Charter Hotel can have the guide meet them at the hotel.
Pricing starts at $350 for up to 10 guests, with additional tickets from $30, and rises to $400 from mid-September through mid-November. One guide handles 14 to 20 people depending on the date; groups of 15 or more book by email and larger groups are split across guides. Everyone must be 21 or older with ID. Light rail and Metro stop nearby, and the Pike Place Market Garage is the easy choice if you drive.

Are drinks included?
No. Drinks average $8 to $14 at the bars. Guests pay their own way or the organizer can cover the group tab, and your guide knows the specials.
Can we customize the tour?
Yes. Pick your start time, trim a stop, go alcohol-free or have us begin or end at your dinner spot. Private tours run every day of the week.
What about the weather?
We tour rain or shine, which in Seattle means rain. The bar stops are dry and the Market's arcades are covered. Bring a jacket.
