Dallas Private Spooktacular All-Ages Ghost Walk

The Private Spooktacular Ghost Walk starts at Main Street Garden Park and covers about a mile of downtown Dallas over ninety minutes, packing in as many haunted sites as the clock allows. Your guide stops beneath the grand hotels where guests report extra roommates, the office buildings whose night shift includes the long-deceased and the corners where Pegasus City's jazz-age ghosts still make noise. The walk stays outdoors and does not enter the buildings, which keeps the pace brisk and the stories flowing. It ends near Jaxon Beer Garden.

Groups book this for family reunions, scout troops, school clubs, birthday parties, church groups and office teams that want something everyone can join regardless of age. Start as early as 10 am or as late as 10 pm, any day of the week, adjust the length, choose your own meeting point or add an ice cream or dessert stop along the route. Guests staying at The Statler, Residence Inn Dallas, Hampton Inn Downtown, Magnolia Dallas or The Adolphus can have the guide meet them at the hotel.

Pricing starts at $300 for up to 10 guests, with additional tickets from $25, and rises to $350 from mid-September through mid-November. One guide takes 18 to 22 guests depending on the date; groups of 16 or more book by email and larger groups add a second guide. DART Rail stops are a short walk from both ends, and if you drive, park near Jaxon Beer Garden rather than in the Green Door lot.
